Restore my Plus purchase

Open the shop, tap the Plus card, then “Restore purchase”. Use the same Apple ID / Google account you bought it with.

My progress is gone

Progress is stored on your device only. Reinstalling the app or switching phones starts fresh. In the browser version, progress is kept in that browser; clearing site data resets it.

Co-op won’t connect

Every player needs an internet connection and the same 4-letter room code. App and browser players can share a room.
