Restore my No Ads purchase

Open the shop and tap “Restore Purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. Coin packs are consumable and cannot be restored.

I bought coins but didn’t get them

Close and reopen the game while online; pending purchases are delivered on launch. If they still don’t arrive, email us with the date of the purchase.

My progress is gone

Progress is saved on your device and, when iCloud is on for your Apple ID, backed up to your iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new phone and open the game.

Change my ad privacy choices

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, open Settings in the game and tap “Privacy Choices”. Tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
